​​​Enrolment Policy

Enrolments will be considered in the following order of priority:

  • Siblings
  • Practising Catholic families from our parish
  • Practising Catholic families from neighbouring parishes
  • Non-practising families from our Catholic community including families where a parent or other significant family member is a Catholic
  • Families who live in the area and whose children are transferring from another Catholic school
  • Enrolments for compassionate reasons

When submitting an enrolment application, parents acknowledge their acceptance of the policies of the school and their commitment to work in co-operation with school personnel for the benefit of their child.  A $55.00 non-refundable deposit will need to be paid online prior to you submitting your child's online Application of Enrolment.

Acceptance of an enrolment at St Bernardine's School indicates that parents understand their children will participate in the formal religious education program and liturgical life of the school.

An enrolment at St Bernardine's School does not guarantee future enrolments at other Catholic primary or secondary schools.

Acceptance of Enrolment

A signed Confirmation of Enrolment form notifies the school that parents have accepted the offer of a place in the school.

On acceptance of a place, a one-off non-refundable fee, per family, will be charged. This fee reserves an enrolment for the start of the year and also covers the costs associated with processing the application. This fee is called the Enrolment and Processing Fee.
